This course is recommended for PhD students, and it is also appropriate for MA students.
In this course, we will discuss ways of working toward your professional goals. We will focus on how to prepare for the job market for research and/or teaching positions (e.g., postdocs and tenure track positions), and we will also discuss other employment options.
There are no prerequisities for this course, but students must have graduate standing at UHM.
